$22/hr for 12 hour shifts

Pay increased to $26/hr on weekends if needed.



Paid weekly

Our drivers get paid every week through direct deposit and can get up to a $200 advance.



Tenure Pay

We reward loyalty with a monetary gift at driver's work anniversaries.

Holiday Pay

On days when the office is closed for holidays but drivers are under dispatch they will receive holiday pay.



Monthly Bonus

Drivers are eligible for miles, fuel, and other merit-based bonuses (like a clean DOT inspection) in the form of PTO and pay.



Referral program

$500 bonus is given at the first dispatch and 90-day mark per referral.



HOMe Daily

Drivers will make it home each day after their shift, no overnight stays required



Medical Insurance

MACO pays 75% of employee health premiums. Dental and vision coverage available.



Life Insurance

Life insurance coverage fully covered by company.



Disability

Long- and short-term disability coverage available.



401k Contributions

MACO matches up 3% of driver contributions to their retirement fund.



New equipment

Drivers are provided with state-of-the-art equipment to maximize safety and productivity, and minimize downtime.

100% No touch freight

MACO drivers are not responsible for loading or loading cargo.



Valid Class a CDL License



2 years comparable experience + three years of verified work history



Clean MVR, Clearinghouse, and PSP records



Must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations



No major violations in the last 5 years
